CBDNA Registration Instructions (via GroupSpot)

All conference registration will be handled through GroupSpot.

Please follow the steps below carefully.

Step 1: Create a GroupSpot Account (If You Do Not Already Have One)

1. Click the GroupSpot registration link above.

2. Select “Sign Up”.

3. Enter your name, email address, and create a password.

4. Verify your email address if prompted.

5. Log in to your new account.

If you already have a GroupSpot account, simply log in using your existing credentials.

Step 2: Register for the CBDNA Athletic Band Symposium

1. After logging in, you will need to click the Join with Invite Code button. (It is the middle button on the top right, a box with three bars inside).

2. Use Invite Code: BKgDv.

3. Once you join click on the Register Now button.

4. Fill out the registration form.

5. Submit payment (if applicable).

6. Confirm your registration.

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been successfully submitted.

Important Notes

• You must create a GroupSpot account before registering.

• Use the same email address for all conference communication.

• Participants selecting the “Pay by Check” option may download the Registration Packet above. In addition, a detailed payment instruction packet will be sent via email following submission of your registration.
